Wherever possible we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days. (If for any reason delivery may take longer then we will e-mail immediately to let you know.)
There is a standard shipping cost of £4.75 per cart, no matter what you buy, to anywhere in the UK. Overseas rates will be advised at time of purchase and where necessary an invoice will be sent via PayPal to cover any extra shipping costs after prior agreement between you, the customer, and ourselves.
All payments are collected and processed via PayPal, the Global leader in online payments. We NEVER store card details. We NEVER pass on your personal details to anybody.

We take great care to ensure that items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit however this does occur occasionally. Should this be the case and an item is damaged on arrival we will replace it free of charge, or, where a replacement is not available we will issue a refund. We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and that the goods are returned to us for proof of damage. (failure do so may result in us refusing to replace the item or issue a refund).
