Delivery

Wherever possible we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days. (If for any reason delivery may take longer then we will e-mail immediately to let you know.)

Shipping

Standard UK shipping cost of £4.95 per cart, no matter what you buy to anywhere in the UK.

48 Hour Delivery via Courier Service £10.00, providing the goods ordered are in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours (working days) for guaranteed overnight delivery from time of dispatch.

Standard European shipping cost of £10.00 per cart up to a maximum weight of 2kg. Cost of shipping for orders weighing over 2kg will be advised at the time of order.

Secure Payments

All payments are collected and processed via PayPal, the Global leader in online payments. We NEVER store card details. We NEVER pass on your personal details to anybody.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from us, then we are happy to offer a full refund on receipt of the returned goods. in perfect condition.

We do stipulate however that:

You advise us of the problem within 24 hours of receipt.

Both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.

The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.

The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.

Jewellery

Please note however that we can only offer an exchange on jewellery (not a refund). You must contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the item in question, which must then be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging for a replacement.

Damages

We take great care to ensure that items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit however this does occur occasionally. Should this be the case and an item is damaged on arrival we will replace it free of charge, or, where a replacement is not available we will issue a refund. We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and that the goods are returned to us for proof of damage. (failure do so may result in us refusing to replace the item or issue a refund).

Christmas Deliveries

Standard Delivery £4.95 – orders to be placed by Sunday 18th December

We will do our best to ensure the delivery of your gifts in plenty of time for Christmas and are asking that you place your order by Sunday 18th December – providing the goods ordered are in stock your orders will be sent out on Monday 19th via 1st Class Royal Mail and should be with you by Wednesday  21st, however please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery times or delays once the parcel is in the Royal Mail system.
